Privacy Policy

Voicemail @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for the lodge's voicemail.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member made a change.

The app copies voicemails left for the lodge into the lodge's shared drive, with a transcript and summary of each.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
